Sheared something which meant rear derailleur fell off - please help!

Mornibg everyone, something has sheared off my bike, I domt know what part it's called, nor how to take it off and then what part to buy and fix it. Or if its an LBS job! Pictures will explain it better than I can! Qny help gratefully received !!

    yes, you simply get a new one, take the old one off and replace with new.
    10 mins and about £15 for the part

    The rear derailleur might be toast too. When you get everything installed, make sure the derailleur H and L screws are set up correctly or the rear derailleur could hit the spokes (when on the largest rear cog) and rip the lot off again.

    You are very lucky that your back wheel is still OK.
