After a new bike with a limited budget, After some research I am down to the following 3
Cannondale trail 7
Merdia big 9 20
Trek marlin 5
All have hydro brakes
All 100mm susp mer and trek with lockout
It's the rest of the components I am unsure about

+1 vote for the Vitus with air forks and a 1x10 if it was my money.
Out of the choices on your list I'd go for the light blue Marlin on the first link, it's a nice colour.1 -
