I currently have only 6 gear cassette is there any way to increase that amount without replacing whole groupset

    Short answer is 'probably not'.
Is it actually a 6-speed cassette or a freewheel?
If it is a cassette then you might be able to find a 7-speed cassette to fit the free hub. For anything above that (8 - 11-speed) you need a wider free hub.
Whatever you do you will need at least a new derailleur and shifter, probably a new chainset (or chain rings if replaceable) and a new chain.
