iPhone, Zwift and monitor

Hey, I’m wanting to use my iPhone 12 with an AV adapter to hook up to a monitor for using Zwift. My question is, does the iPhone only output in full HD (1920x1080) or if I bought a WQHD (2560x1440) monitor would it upscale and give a better quality picture? Basically, am I better sticking with a full HD monitor or would a more expensive WQHD monitor give me better results?

This is a cycling forum. Might be better trying an AV forum like

Okay, thanks. I assumed cyclists turbo trained and would have a technical understanding about the technology they were using.

Cyclists use the technology they already have.
You probably won't notice the difference when squinting through sweat.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

They will but the number of cyclists doing what you ask will be less than the number of AV geeks doing it to stream from a iPhone to a large screen so you are more likely to get a quicker answer.
