    The shadow of the pineapple is being obliterated by the reflection off the rising Mango.
    The sun is hitting the back wall of my kitchen, there's hardly a breath of wind, the noisiest thing was the dawn chorus but right now that has been superseded by the purring of the cat who want's a spot of breakfast.

    Sun is out here so a nice walk with the hounds and then a 2hr hilly run.

    If the logistics work I will get picked up and off to the club for a swim and sauna. Then it’s prep for friends round for a bbq followed by farmers burning their rubbish under the excuse of a beacon for the queen

    The double glazing people didn't finish the job yesterday so they're coming back shortly to do the downstairs bathroom and utility. We're not going anywhere till that's done apart from maybe another tip trip for me. The joys.

    May do a pub trip with the neighbours later on.

    Is it just me, or are the roads looking deadly on google maps besides the motorways? Looks like a day to ride the roads you wouldn't normally because of hostile traffic!

    Bit of jet washing and sweeping in the garden. Got the cushions for the outdoor furniture out of the loft. Now sitting out with a cup of mint tea.

    I'm sure it's what she would have wanted.

    Went up a small hill at lunchtime and there was a big pile of censored on the top with a union jack flag on it ready to be torched.

    I don't remember a youth scene since, though that's probably because I was/am no longer a youth. There's all the climate guys who the rw press hate, so they must be doing something right. Probably the same guys who used to put on the parties protesting about the Newbury bypass.

    Anyway, how's Seano getting on with the bikini removal? This is the real question of the evening.
