Pedal spacers

Can anyone recommend an alternative to the Look pedal spacers which come in at £10 for what appears to be a pair of washers.
I've tried a couple of DIY places but neither stocked a washer with a 14mm ?? Inner that doesn't have a very big outer diameter.
Alternatively anyone used the screw in type - the seem to come in at 20mm plus though which I think may be a bit too much.

If it's just something to increase the Q factor slightly something like this should work: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Yuauy-Washers-thickness-Stainless-Replacement/dp/B07RD95JD3
I've not used the Look spacers though, so don't know if there is anything special about them.0 -
Yes to increase the Q factor a bit.
I might go for the Amazon ones - can't get the ebay link to work for some reason - thanks both[Castle Donington Ladies FC - going up in '22]0 -
