You could fit the magnetic bit on the bottom. I didn't and like you say, wind blows it open a bit. The PVC is very heavy duty.
I think they make soft/flexy cat-flaps to save hassle.

Ta - will grab a few pics later when it's stopped bloody raining. I'm OK on some of the trees (Scots pine, Leylandii, horse chestnut) and bushes (Holly, laurel) but that's about it. Pop quiz time
