Hi I need help to convert current Token C45 Resolute wheel set from Shimano to Campagnolo.

I need to change freehub body for Campagnolo version I think HUB is Arsenal Q type ?

I cant find anybody that stocks part.

Is this hub same as another brand ? its 3 paw type
