Magura brake levers

Hi, long time no posts but here goes.

I have Magura brakes on my Whyte MTB, MT5 front and MT4 rear (so the equivalent of the MT Trail Sport setup).
Both the levers use the 'dome' type activation to the top of the piston. (library pictures obviously just to show the difference)

I have a spare lever blade off a damaged lever body (also MT4) which has the 'pyramid' type activation

Anyone tried them back to back to know if one is better than the other?
If so - which?

Just to close this, having tried both I would say there is no difference in braking performance, but the flattened pyramid type sits flat in the piston and makes the level less likely to spring away from the bars over bumps etc.
