BlackInc 30 wheelset from Factor
Hi, just wondering if anyone has heard a front wheel going out of true once tyre fitted and inflated to 85psi.
Have just been asked this from Factor following an issue I’ve had with the wheelset from tbh, when they’ve been bought - 18months ago. Perfectly true in the jig - inflated with new Vitoria G2 tyre 1.5 mm out. Every time. My wheel builder says it’s spoke tension and it needs a full rebuild, which, after 35 years of racing and riding, I kind of agree with. Anyone else any issues like this - not necessarily with this wheel, but any? Can’t think it’s down to a tyre, and if the wheel can’t hold its shape with 85psi - it can only mean spoke tension.
