    Morning peeps.
    Steady ride into work.
Hopefully avoid stupidity and keep BP low.
Run planned for laters with youngling. Enjoy your day day folks.
Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Still resting the leg after a bit of a setback following last weekends ride, so on the train again. Getting sunnier, must be t1t Monday coming up soon.

    Sunny, means gardening.
What are these t1t Monday's Stevo?

Has 'Loon got permission to cross the border and go North yet*?

*Actually, go North, then West a little, then South.

    Toots on go slow today.
Shorty has qualified for X country running selection, which is tomorrow.
Beans is settling and now knows to duck if he tries to pull claws on stuff other then his scratch post. Any ideas on how to make him use it welcome. Jack used outdoor fixtures.
I am teaching him the way of Jack; managed to play hide and seek more than once. He is deft and really quiet. Master Po cat would be proud of grasshopper.

Morning. WFW. Commute by bike. Legs still heavy from Sunday. Belly still heavy from Winter. Nice day. Bit nippy. Nice hot showers at work again.

That's an improvement from the norm.

The official definition is the day when temperatures rise to that magical level where women getting dressed in the morning decide to put something skimpy on.

I understand why you're asking as it's not known in Scotland.

Already got a quick 36km ride in the bag before work, now about to load 900kg of spherical graphite casting into my truck.
Got the kids tonight so will try and avoid them by going out in the garden.

Only problem is I've forgotten the password to let me in.

Just arranged a funds transfer for later this week, the clock is ticking down.

    Right, crack on...

    Afternoon folks,
Is it still only Tuesday? Feels like a long week already. I wimped out and drove in this morning as I'm completely knackered. Gave me an excuse to bring my new to me Anglepoise desk lamp in. It's a bit scruffy, probably dates from the 1940s. It's had the cable replaced with a modern plastic one and is missing some grommets, but it is a lovely thing.
Hopefully be back on the bike tomorrow.
Well done Shorty, if she likes running that is. I once came 8th in the house cross country out of about 300. But that was 2nd place of those that didn't have to do it again as we didn't make the team, so I was happy.
    Onwards and upwards...

Shoot sleep but good practice for sleep deprivation on long racers I guess.

Gentle hr run then into work snizzle.

Later is another run and maybe a swim, basically ale avoidance

Extra run should have been gentle ended up being rather aggressive but fun, also managed to fit a bike ride in so basically a triathlon - what the censored went wrong with my life

Missed days because the other days I’m drinking more - so overall no change 😂
