in MTB buying advice
Looking to get a new hardtail. Already have a giant full suspension so just want a decent hardtail for general trail riding at the 2k price point. Any advice or opinions?

    Or is there any better option for a hardtail @ £2k?

    Not sure what size you are looking at, but the Whyte has a longer wheelbase and larger reach than the Nukeproof.
    The Whyte has very slack geometry for a bike with only 120mm of fork.
    You might also consider a Ragley big-wig.

    Yes I was looking at the big wig as an option. But yes the white has long chainstays and read the review about the reach. Obviously need to sit on one but I like the idea of feeling more in the centre but I'll see

    Worth checking out Bird cycles.
    The forge and the AM should be within budget.
