Focus. You can have some fun in it.
    Polo - too small.

Even with the back seats down?

    Sound advice there.
I'll be in SW20 a lot more over the next few weeks, a bit too early i suspect.

Toss up between a 5-6 Yr old focus or polo.

    Different classes.
Focus or Golf; Fiesta or Polo.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

More work. Sister company has made EUR several million of payments to a supplier in error. Supplier is based in Ukraine, likelihood of repayment slim to none. No heads have rolled yet.

Bought a house, or at least had our offer accepted. Sorting out the mortgage now, no chain as the old folks are off into sheltered accommodation. I think Mrs H³ will be spending large parts of the year there, so ho and blow all round in SW20.

Must see if I can renegotiate the mileage on that volvo lease. Or buy something cheapish and reliable that she can blat there and back in. No realistic train option unfortunately.

Oh, and buy a mountain bike. Trails galore.

    Mountain and gravel bike obviously

It's a good 25-30m from the house - check out those first pics I posted.

Bit tricky taking a photo to include both as they are a fair way apart, but here's a pic with FOBT just visible in the left of the photo and the house just visible on the right. Also we're on a bit of a hill, so the ground where the house is built on is a good 20 feet or so higher than where the tree is.
