Internal Routing of cables

Do you need a specific type of bar and stem to hide your brake and other cables.

Or is it just a case of technique and patience.?

    My bikes only hide the cable on the bars I'm happy to say!

    As per H A above -

    Some bars and stems come with pre built runs to run cables internally - Prime Doyenne and Primavera aero bars so if thats the look you want you need to see that each individual 'bar/stem combo are designed as.

    integral bar/stem combos will allow you to run the whole shebang tbrough but they are another kettle of jelly.

    The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.
