    Ah, a faint chime in the back of my old, booze addled head Oxo. Reckitt & Colman / Benckiser Derby? Didn't that chime before, some time ago? RB was my last corporate hamster wheel before I said eff it, I'm done with this sort of shite. Working for a full psycho global director accelerated the exit. Before I used any Veet or Immac.

    That was well windy on today's ride. Wind has dropped away again now, it's oh so quiet, ssshhh. Cracking tail assist on one stretch though.

    Chicken and mushroom pie with mushy peas from a tin, with malt vinegar.

    All the oysters yesterday half a dozen each of natives and rock, followed by iberico ham and some burrata. Champagne was Bereche NV, a new producer for me. Very well priced, complex and delicious.

    Just watched Pitch Perfect 3.

    Utter sheer joy of a documentary. Its mad how mad some people's lives are.

    Brave girls doing a fantastic job.

    Recommended as a careers guidance film for and daughters/sisters/wives/mothers that need it.
