Ahh, I missed the poignancy. I’ll be quiet.

    ^ Fair enough.

Bit blowy and cold today but bright at least.

To herald the return of the 'Loon to the land of Jock, will try to source a sacrificial goat and a keg of McEwans 80/- for beer, Kebabs and monosyllabic grunts of approval, a night time riot in CD and general wench procurement.

    Afternoon Kemosabe,
Not sure which of us would be kemosabe but thought I'd acknowledge the other Thursday thread.
Slightly moist wobble in this morning, but traffic was bad so I was happy to be on the bike. Even if it was only the pub hack. It was hailing a little while ago, hopefully that nonsense won't repeat itself at 5:30. Ooh, the sun has just come out. It wasn't completely dark for my ride home last night, this is good. Spring is coming.
That reminds me I need to order a 26.6mm seat post. Why so many sizes in 0.2mm increments? I now have a used 27mm seat post that I'll have to buy a frame to build up around. Oh, and several 27.2mm posts.
Lad's off to Pembrokeshire for the weekend, a load of English lads watching England v Wales in the 6 nations at a pub in Welshland. Thankfully I think they know how to behave appropriately.
Any news of your lad Oxo? Hope it's going well.
    Anyway, onwards and upwards...

many calls and a surprise gmc security and counter terrorism refresher to do, wonder what might have triggered that

rain, sun, cloud, rain, smidge of hail, going dark again

Heard very little other than en-route home and passed whatever he had to and has big decisions to make. Picking him up later from the station. Will let the OH interrogate him when we get back.

I think that's a good policy most of the time anyway.
