Commuter wheel set

Getting a gravel bike which I will use to commute on.
Wanting to get a set of second disc compatible wheels for commuting. Any suggestions for a decent, light and fast pair of commuter wheels?
Thinking of one of the following:
https://www.huntbikewheels.com/products/hunt-4-season-all-road-disc-wheelset
https://scribecycling.co.uk/collections/alloy-disc-brake/products/365d-alloy-wheelset
Any other ones I should look at? Does anyone here have any experience of these wheels?

I've had hunt wheels in the past and I've had no problems at all with them.
If it is just for commuting, then most wheels would probably suffice, another one to add into the mix:

For commuting use rather than chasing light weight I'd want a healthy spoke count to help cope with potholes and brass nipples so corrosion isn't an issue.2

'Decent, light and fast' are all relative terms. 'Fast' is particularly hard to define - even harder to define in the context of commuting.
Why not just get a second set of whatever wheels are already fitted to whatever gravel bike you have?

Integrity is more important than most other things for commuting imo. A decent set of handbuilt wheels should ensure you get that as they will built to your requirements as far as weight etc with input from a decent builder - your weight plus what you may carry on your bike as well.
In general you can't really go wrong with 28 spoke count but depending on your own weight and what you carry 24h may be sufficient. I've used a set of Hunt x Mason wheels as a spare set on my commuter and they are pretty naff. The version I've got was very poorly made and I've snapped a ridiculous number of spokes on the rear wheel (24h).0 -
I have had an excellent experience with my Halo wheels. 8 years of central London all weather commuting plus general wear and tear. Still pretty true.
Have had to replace the hub bearings twice in that time, which seems fairly reasonable given the punishment it was given.0 -
For commuting I just buy Fulcrums off EBay.0
