Shimano or sram hydraulic brakes

I have at the moment some Shimano m675 hydraulic brakes but I’m having trouble with centring them. After I centre them and use the bike for a week or so they seem to ‘go out’ and start rubbing on the disk?
I don’t know if they need replaced?
I was going to look at the Sram Code R’s which seem to get a good review but thought I would ask you all for your opinions?
Thank you all for any advice you can give.

Once you centre calipers they shouldn't 'go out' or move position.
Is the problem on the front and do you have quick release forks?
If you remove the wheel/skewer and replace it again the fork flexes differently with different tightening torque which leads to the caliper not lining up to the rotor the same way each time. If so replacing the brakes won't make any difference.
Alternatively it could be a sticky piston that's causing the issue making the pads not line up properly with the rotor. You could check by pulling your brake a few times and look closely to see if both pads are moving in and out equally.1
