CC 200TT Levers with long drop brakes

Hi,
Does anyone know if the Cane Creek 200TT brake levers are compatible with long drop (57mm) brakes? The brakes work fine with standard road levers but with the TT ones they don't spring back, not sure if it's a compatibility issue as I've tried adjusting cable routing etc. I've tried googling it but not had any luck so far.
Thoughts appreciated.
