Gravel/CX Rimpact tyre inserts

Has anyone used these? Thoughts? They same insanely expensive to me, though if they save a nice tyre or rim I guess they've earned their money.

I was looking at these but didn't go with them because of cost:

I had tubeless road tyres for a year, but I was always nervous of getting a catastrophic failure and having to try to fit a tube at the roadside. This looks like it might address most of that risk - but at a cost...

I am put off the Vittoria for road by the fact you can't get the tyre off without a special tool, so no way to put a tube in.

They also do gravel-type ones but only got up to 40c tyres.

I think tannus do something similar as well.
