Organised tours

My only ever cycling hol was in 1986, an organised trip.
I fancy doing another one, nothing insane, UK or Europe. Any recommendations for companies?
It's just a hill. Get over it.

    I've been on two Marmot Tours trips and going on a third this year. Hoping to do more. Thoroughly recommended. Not the cheapest but service beyond approach.
