Guys I'm building a project road bike can you guys please suggest any possible (budget) upgrades?
Frame: Brand-X RD01
Fork: Steel fork
Drivetrain: Shimano Tourney 2x7-speed 11-28 cassette, pro-wheel crankset
Wheels: Shimano Dura-ace C24 clincher
Brakes: Tektro caliper brakes with Aztec road system brake pads
Seatpost: alloy
Tyres: Continental GP 4 season
the tourney groupset will probably be one of the first things I'm gonna upgrade

brake pads (£5 or £10)
brake calipers (make sure they are compatible with your shifters) - £20-£50 depending what you go for
carbon fork (£50 or less)
carbon seatpost (as above)
tyres - depending where you ride you can use something more supple. I rarely find I get punctures so use Schwalbe Ultremo ZX and Michelin Pro 4 Service Course year round.
If you upgrade groupset check the cassette will work with your wheels.
