Wobbly Chainring

Hi all
Just picked up a Boardman Team 29er and noticed it has a wobbly chainring.
So it’s an FSA Comet crankset set up as 1x. I have noticed a bit of wobble on the chainring so I’m wondering:
I’ve seen how to remove the drive side with a 10mm hex key (and some brute strength).
A tutorial I watch mentioned an FSA E06011 tool to remove the chainring, as I am not wanting to remove the chainring, do I still need this tool to tighten the chainring up. Can’t seem to find this tool but do company’s like Ice Tool do a similar one?

I've only seen a couple of different types of chainring lockrings but never seen one that looks like that so far.
I watched this video for reference:-

Maybe it is unique to FSA? Providing the Ice Tools version states it's for your specific crankset then I'd say you need one to tighten it properly otherwise it's gonna be a hack job or homemade tool?0 -
Sorted job with a TBar hex a soft hammer and gentle taps.1
