Experiences of ETA (Ethical Transport Association) Cycle Rescue?

Hi
I am considering joining up with the ETA Cycle Rescue scheme and wondered if anyone has had a recent experience of them and whether they deliver on their aim of responding at the roadside within 40mins of a calling them?
Just tried to contact them on their Chat function at their invitation to ask some questions about what's covered etc, but no-one's replied and the chat disconnected through lack of activity at their end!
Not looking promising so far...
