Hello :
I’ve tried to learn about Colnago’s Slope & High Geometries, but there is practically no info out there, including the Colnago website. The site mainly provides numbers on the geometry charts & not much more. This lack of explanation is rather surprising.
I wrote to Colnago about 2 months ago regarding the same, unfortunately have yet to hear from them.
Can anyone share info about these terminologies.

Sloping top tube means - slopes downwards from the head tube down to where it meets the seattube. As opposed to horizontal.
High means a higher front end for a higher, more relaxed riding position.0
