Fuzzy head will be sorted by a decent run in the hills.
Then prepare for Christmas Day repeat, assume we will have even more left over turkey then.
Meant to be walking and pubbing with friends first, could get messy like last night again.
Not sure what today will bring. Will be popping up to the local priority post box with a PCR test this morning (although really not sure itโs worth it as the wife clearly has the rona). Still need more milk though so either way Iโm popping out. Then I need to turn yesterdays left over beef into a chilli for everyone, take some to the in-laws and basically keep everyone nice and level for the day. Hoping to hear something about how my mumโs doing as she went into hospital yesterday, which was nice. My sister-in-law at least persuaded my dad to go round to theirs for Christmas dinner last night, which is a proper achievement given how completely stubborn he is. Then I guess itโll be boys playing computer games and me reading or something.

Sitting on couch with bambina avoiding taking the Hound for a walk as I really can't be bothered so will leave that joy to TDV.
Then family stuff followed by family meal. May find something to tinker with in an attempt to keep a low profile.
Very quiet on the Western front. The girls were stars yesterday - cannot complain.
There's too much cloud to know what direction to not go in SG.
Slowish start is being enjoyed after the chaos of yesterday. Going to the old dear's later for the Christmas lunch we should have had yesterday, more chaos then. Might walk back over the common if it's not too wet.
Happy birthday Seano, also my name day. Hope your Mum's alright Mr GTi. As you've just had the 'rona can a PCR not still show positive as a result? I must confess I do lose track of some of these things and weeding out misinformation gets harder as there is so much of it.

Extra slow start after yesterday, even the hounds had a lie in. Looks like the in-laws are visiting tomorrow as the positive test one of them had was a dodgy private one and the NHS PCR test they got yesterday was negative. Hey ho, but at least we don't have to eat our way through the food we had for them.
May have a go on the girls exercise bike later as the leg feels a fair bit better (and the physio said give it a try) but weather is gopping and not worth getting real bike stuff ready for a short stint.
Bad back was the story of the morning, took nearly an hour of steady shuffling along the road till it had eased enough to stand up almost straight.
Managed some very slow progress on the DIY works this afternoon. Weather turned rubbish though.

Officially feeling alot better. Dog walked and all ironing done till the next batch. Alcohol started. Eldest disappearing to his GF,s assuming his covid tests ok as someone he works with has it. Hopefully OK he was yesterday.
