I'd like just to give a feedback after purchasing a carbon wheelset from TOKYOWHEEL. Looks like it's a big SCAM. People, including me, bought products (carbon wheels) online, they never arrived, merchant canceled the order after 1 month, informs that a refund has been "processed" but never returned to my credit card.
