Shortlist of Four...but which is best for value vs rideability

I have narrowed down my next bike to four - they range from under £2k to nearer £3k. I want a good bike, but also good value as the £2k is affordable but £3k is really stretching it. I don't want to stretch to £3k if I don't need to I'll be riding the 7Stanes mostly, especially Mabie Red & Glentress Blue. So, what does everyone think about the following....Polygon Siskiu T8, Orbea Occam H10, Canyon Neuron AL7.0, Canyon Spectral AL6.0. All opinions welcome. Cheers everyone.
