Calibre Bossnut Parts - anyone got any good experiences?

So - 12 weeks on from my firs tof 4 attempts to buy a main pivot bolt for my bossnut...1 random cancellation, 3 wrong parts sent:- same wrong part everytime - right label, wrong contents. Customer services very ineffectual - polite brush-offs, "we'll get back to you..." never do...so - does anyone have either an original part I could buy, or schematics so I can get one made? Cheers guys! J
