I don't touch sellers if they are under 95% positive on lots of sales.

I have messaged one seller. Let's see what he says and pick the holes.

One is collection only and has some feedback, admittedly not very good. He might actually have the bike but I'd be wary. The other is definitely a scam

I wouldn't entertain it as his feedback is so poor.
I'd only want it for the frame and it is too big anyway.

First.Aspect

Feedback is only for the last 12 months. He/she has one other bad review out of 25. Not great, but you'd get your money back of fleabay if it was a scam. You have to think that at least one buyer will be unhappy though. Do people use photos from one listing to set up a second scam listing? Could be that one is nothing to do with the actual seller?

I think the one listed @ £780 is a scam.

If you try to report an item on fleabay, there doesn't seem to be that option on the drop down lists.

Useless feckers fleabay. Paypal would be your friend if it was to go mammary's up.
I had an issue with a return and Paypal resolved it quite quickly.
