Hello, is there any site in EU that i can buy this , i cannot find it , also if there is similar headset cap with the same purpose.

Headset spacer that allows for the use of a Most Stem and a conventional handllebars on the F12 rim and disc frame.
Used with the internal headset spacers this component allows for the cables to pass from the external handlebar, bypass the stem and access the internal routing in the frame.
