Rigid forks

in MTB workshop & tech
Hi, having a garage sort out and came across these old pace forks. Does the steerer tube look bent or do they have a slight angle? Not got any to compare with.

    If no one else knows perhaps roll the steerer along a flat table with the crown/legs off the side and look at the steerer hole from the underside of the crown. if it rolls without wobbling up and down then the steerer is straight and the "bend" is machined into the crown and the forks are how theyre supposed to be.
