Favero duo pedals

Hi I recently purchased a set of Favero duo pedals and on my first 1 hour ride they told me I was holding between 900 & 1000 watts (I wish). The data also indicated I had a 92/8 % left right peddle balance. In addition I am unable to zero offset them (keep getting error Message) have tried with both Garmin and their app. Have contacted Favero but no response yet - Help!!

    Use the app to check for updates.

    If none, just return them to place of purchase and get a replacement.

    Garmin will take no notice.
    My experience of Favero is that as soon as you're in dialogue with them they're excellent.

    I had a similar issue on mine when ~six months old. Dodgy numbers and error 00 or 99 when trying to calibrate. Favero warranty were helpful and after getting me to run a few tests they sent me some replacement spindles. Been fine ever since.
    But if yours are brand new then I would just do as redvision suggests...
