As Sungod has got pre booked holiday, I thought I had better start a thread.

Hounds, work, board call and then a gentle run as I’m knackered, been getting all my scheduled exercise in early so I can go away guilt free tomorrow night.

Friends round later to see how the chemicals work in the sex pond as their young daughter is using it in exchange for feeding the cat. It will turn into a pub trip

    Ok then, here's a post given no one else appears to be bovvered.

    Dry, cold, windy, working all day. Poss traipse via bus to next town tonight for a mini pub crawl with mates, but big Q will be 'can I be arrised?' given still have some Belgians in stock.

    Shoulder f.ucked. Thought it was getting better but much worse today, very limiting, annoying and boring. Grumpy.

    Which shoulder? My left shoulder is the dodgy one.
    Well done on that 3rd post BTW.

    Surprisingly bright here but quite chilly.
    Strange weather Yo-yoing between very mild and the odd cold snap - there was a random frost last week for one night.

    Will have to try and keep the girls happy somehow.

    Damp and chilly ride in this morning but had thermals on so wasn't too bad. Hopefully it stays dry for later.

    Had a roofer in this morning, now just need to juggle the economics of either burning or safely disposing of several tonnes of asbestos cement.
    Advocate of disc brakes.

    I also thought about tipping it into the local canal but there isn't enough room on account of the rusty mopeds and shopping trolleys.

    Busy today innit.

    Commute home was cold and wet but didn't die and dropped a rider from the green team. I assume he must've already done 100 miles when I passed him so wasn't running at 100%.

    Evening All. Course completed so I can drive the fork lift at work. Night ride on lonesome, very scary.
