Half ride to WFW. Might be sent home soon the way things are going in the orifice.
Tested out my repaired tri suit this morning, the short sleeves and all those mesh panels were a bit chilly.

Thats my running done now, it’s time to hang up the trainers and get back to cycling which is what I really love.
Just got a half marathon to do in a couple of weeks in liverpool first and then that’s it. Already plotting a LEJOG for next year.

    Good work HD

LEJOG - prevailing winds in your favour
JOGLE - you end up somewhere nice

We did JOGLE. Would love to do it again, loved it

I see what you did there :)

In office, starting to get a bit murky in the mornings when setting off which makes it feel even earlier than it is. Lots of fun today with work and also trying to nail down Thursday as exchange date on the house. Just need the buyers to confirm they can get all the deposit money over by Wednesday then we're in business.

    Afternoon folks,
Nice day pottering around Hastings with the EPO. Now relaxing with a cup of tea.
Giving up running sounds like a good idea HD, but we'll done all the same.

    Quiet, innit.

Been really busy today and only recently sat down with a pint of ice cold tramp fuel.

Been busy, since slamming the laptop lid down, cut some of the jungle/grass down, run with hill repeats endured, food, q&a with coach, hot tub and then 30 mins of shite tv.

    Knackered now
