Site Won't Scroll

Does anyone know what I can't scroll up or down on here. Unfortunately I probably won't be able to see the answer as I can't go down the page!

    I've had this happen a few times, not just on this site. It seems to happen after the cookie permission popup is closed. Not sure if it's down to the popup or the browser not handling something properly (I'm on Chrome, I've not tried other browsers). Refreshing the page after closing the permissions popup seems to fix it if it's the same issue.

    Sorted as such, it appears to be a problem with Opera, have now gone through Chrome and it works.
