    Wet here so I was going to have a go on Swift but forgot to bring my shoes in last night.
    So it's just WFW and gym later.

    I too have a headache, a bit shivery, sore throat and generally feel like shoite.

    No cough or temp though. Did a LF test and that was negative.

    I'm trying to work, but 2 year is sat next to me talking about his finger and humpback whales.

    Law and Order is my sick day go to for daytime TV. That and Grand Designs, maybe a bit of A PLace in the Sun.

    burn it out with chunks of pork loin stir fried with fresh chillis and pineapple, add pineapple and then chillis towards the end of cooking, don't burn them, splash of shoyu at the end and a final stir before serving

    if you can still feel the sore throat, you didn't use enough chills, per portion 4-6 chillis and half a pineapple is about right
