My company enquired about renting this place pre-COVID, looks like it's up for sale now. In all seriousness, the location looks great, close to some major alps, and well placed for skiing too.

    They don't give the Energy rating but be careful buying F,G and E properties as there are regulations coming in that will make these properties difficult to rent or sell without renovation works.
