yep, quite some effort by Josh
If verified he looks to have beaten the record by just a couple of miles, small margin for error. For the final 200km or so he looks to have just kept it as flat as possible up and down a relatively small stretch of road.
Why the BBC seem to continue with the 'Crash Cyclist' label I don't know.
