Welcome to the PTP thread for the road worlds. 2021 marks 100 years since the very first Road World Championship which took place in Copenhagen.
This year we go to Flanders with each of the races across the week finishing in Bruges. Lots of bergs are on the menu so we should get some exciting racing between the best cyclists in the world right now.
With the only restriction in place being that fans are asked to wear masks, the atmosphere at the roadside should be fantastic. Obviously it won't be as good as Yorkshire 2019 though.
You can find more details about the week via the official site here: https://www.flanders2021.com/en
The races that will have PTP interest are:
Men's ITT - Sunday 19 September
Women's ITT - Monday 20 September
Women's RR - Saturday 25 September
Men's RR - Sunday 26 September
There are a few different start lists to be aware of. This link is for the Men's ITT but you can easily find the others within a couple of clicks: https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/world-championship/2021/result/startlist
Please make your picks in line with the usual rules, I don't want to be disqualifying anyone's winning picks controversially! Work is a little crazy right now but I'll try to keep the scores updated as we go along if I can.

Good day for Ganna backers, not so good for anyone who decided to take him on. Back tomorrow for the women's TT. Already looks like there is going to be a very strong favourite.0 -
Cheers. I'm down separately for my men's and women's TT picks for some reason (possibly as I put the down separately).gregster04 said:Here is the score update after the TT for men:
