Action camera for vloggers

Hi, my future project is traveling around Pattaya in Thailand by bike, I intend to film about food, on the ways, festivals and many activities that I'll experience in Thailand. I wanna find an action camera to serve it, as small as possible, effortlessly bringing. Any suggestion for me?

I bought a Hero 7 Black when the Hero 8 came out for about 50% of rrp. Can buy various accessories to mount to kit (bikez helmet, head strap etc) and also a separate mic, light and stand for vlogging.
The go pros are also waterproof without needing a case up to 10m, so can also use snorkeling or shallow diving.
