Borf 26 wheel and IRC Pro Guard tyre fitting problems

Does anyonehave any experience of fitting IRC Pr0 Guard tryes to Borg 26 wheels. I have watched the helpful Youtube clip on the Cycle Surgery site but cannot get the tyres on and my lbs are having similar difficulties.

Any thoughts welcome.

    Get a hairdryer, warm the tyres up really nicely, apply chamois creme to the beads of the tyres, and get one of these.

    Then get heaving. They will take a bit of heaving to get them on, but if the beads are warmed and lubed, they should go over eventually.
