Does anybody vote for them? Just never appear to see or hear anything of them nowadays.

I even had to Google their leader!!

    I think they are polling in single figures below the green party. You would think that a weak Labour party and a Tory govt would be an ideal situation for a centre left (using whatever concept of the left right spectrum I'd argue the perception at least is they are centre left) leaning party.

    Yes, I've voted for them in the last two GEs after the Brexit fiasco but I'm under no illusion it's a wasted vote living in a Labour safe seat.

    They should do better. That they don't is a sad reflection on them, and maintains the sh!tshow we have right now.

    I think it's probably more a sad reflection of our system where the main aim seems to be to try to stop the Tories / Labour rather than being able to vote for the Party that align closest to your view.

    If we had a third party that was visible and credible we wouldn't be the 2 party state that we are. Correction :- 1-1/2 party state.

    Likewise I have voted for them a few times due to living very safe conservative seats. I might as have voted for the monster raving looney party.

    Pissed off one half of their electoral coalition with tuition fees and the other half by waving through Brexit. Who would vote for them now..?

    (answer - because they're back to being a small, bt credible party, they can go back to being the protest party to vote for because they're Pro X over there, but also because they're anti X over here)

    Yes you are probably right about the age thing, I do tend to live in the past, it seemed more enjoyable than what I see today.

    Have always been a Tory voter but my resolve is being severely tested starting with David Cameron selling the country short with his Brexit Vote promise to get another term and then leaving it to someone else to pick up the baton and try and sort it out.

    I think Stool Pigeon is the word the Americans would use for Theresa May.


    Labour don't do anything for me so starting to explore other parties views etc.

    If I still lived in Wales it wouldn't be a problem as I would vote Plaid.

    Or for the first time ever I could become a non voter.

    Plaid seems an odd choice for a Tory voter as they are probably more socialist than Labour.

    Yes you are right Pross but Wales would take preference.

    Despite not living in Wales I was actively involved in Cymuned back in the day.
