Chipped Chainring - Do I need a new crankset?
Not sure how but my chain ended up on the outside of the big ring today.
As I pushed down the chain chipped one of the chain ring teeth.
Do I need a new crankset?
Is it possible to just replace the outer chainring? (Shimano 105)
Is it ok to leave it?
Advice appreciated

I'd leave it, the chain will barely touch the top of the tooth under normal conditions. Make sure the chip hasn't lodged itself sideways or in the chain though.0

Replaced the chain afterwards as it was practically worn out anyway0 -
Run a file over the tooth to remove any burrs and then carry on..0
