Single chainrings are a PITA. Shimano especially.
Anyhow Tredz have FSA steel rings that will be compatible.

Choose;
3x10 | 104 BCD | 32T | Shimano | 4H1 -

i'm 99% sure. i couldnt tell you how well they shift as I always end up throwing away the front derraileur and going 1 x 10 so havent tried one.0

Just to check this is the same item? haven’t use them before but can save myself delivery cost https://www.hikebikeandride.com/fsa-steel-mtb-104bcd-3x10-chainring-black-32t-shimano.html0

Thats the same.
ps. You will need a new chain if you havent already got one.1 -
Normally change the chain every 2000 miles same time as cassette both were only change 1200 miles ago and checked the chain which still has less wear than 0.5 would you still recommend changing the chain?0

A worn chain will wear the chainring but then again, its only £15 for the chainring and its steel so if you're confident on the wear its probably not worth changing.0
