    Morning. Bank Holiday so stuff arranged by OH, ride planned shortly if I cba. Not feeling like I want to go tbh, but will enjoy it if I do it.

    Hi,

    Earlier start than usual, I don't normally stir until after 8.

    But today we have our Grandson staying over, he's 14mths old and this is his first night away without his parents. It's along time ago when his dad was in bed with us first thing in the morning.

    Circle of life and all that...

    Feel about 85% but improving quickly though still breathless which is really messing with my head for the forthcoming race - basically I’ve given myself a physical reason to quit 🤬

    Don't use that Packlink option on ebay sale to get a shipping label, bunch of post event scammers.

    Bank holiday Monday grey and chilly, whodathunk. Layering up for a mostly gravel ride, avoid the frantic motoring morons. Do I brave it with just the shorts? August - pah. And harrumph.

    Worthing council (medium seaside town) after 50 years couldn’t be bothered with the upkeep of 6 bowls greens so they moved the bowls headquarters to Leamington Spa. Not terribly interesting to most but found it a little sad, some happy memories spent between the beach and the greens.
