Supersix Headset
I got my bike off the rack yesterday and the headset was actually seized. I managed to realise it ok with a bit of pressure on the bars and had noticed it was a bit stiff recently.
Took the bearings out and they are all rusty so need replacing. Cannondale seem to do the whole HS assembly but it’s £50 and then I hear the bearings are not 100% the same as the ones on the bike so guess that means the crown race needs changing on the fork?
Does anyone know where or how I can just get replacement bearings on a like for like basis that will fit? Am I overthinking this as from what I see the HS size is fairly standard.
