Genesis Equilibrium 54cm

I built this up a few months ago but am just not using it.
It’s a 54cm Genesis Equlibrium 725 Steel frame with carbon fork. Has clearance for upto around 30/32c tyres, rack mounts and mudguard mounts. New set of Miche long drop callipers to take the larger tyres, a pretty new 105 groupset & Mavic Ksyrium Equipe wheels. Currently has 23c GP4000’s but will pop a set of 25c tyres I’ve got somewhere on if preferred?
It’s a really nice bike to ride, so smooth.
The only thing I’d say it needs is some new black bar tape, I didn’t get round to putting any on it. Will come as shown but without the saddle, I’ll see if have another saddle around but can’t find one at the moment.

I’d also consider a swap/trade/part exchange for a reasonable mountain bike if anyone has one they want to move on/swap?
