Mountain bike trails near Newgale, Pembrokeshire

Does anyone have a recommendation for some trails up to about an hours drive from Newgale. We are camping up here and google isnt helping much. Nothing too extreme but the kids have been around Cannock a couple of times. Just something to break the sea routine

    There's not much in the way of dedicated trails in Pembs, but Preseli hills, Blackpool mill and the newly opened LLys Y Fran reservoir trail are possibilities. Preseli hills (free) would be my choice.
