Ecuador's Karapas won the Tokyo Olympics men's road cycling men's group championship in 6 hours, 5 minutes and 26 seconds on the 24th. Belgian star Van Alter won the silver medal, and Tour de France champion and Slovenia's Bogacha won the bronze medal. Wang Ruidong, the only participant of the Chinese team, failed to finish.
